  12. Yikes! Must be anal glands, right? Nicki just went in on Friday for his 3-month anal gland expression but we know that you're a little more...challenging re: the vet. LOL.

Lots of purrs from us and good luck to your human...and that vet too, as the Furries already commented. Ha.

  14. Spitty, remember the Admiral went through that. The abscess and all. She was so much happier when it was taken care of that she didn't really say anything while there. Also remember to tell your Human that if worse comes to worse, she can ask your V-e-t office if they will send a tech and, well frankly, *whispers to Human*catch you and get you into your carrier. They are darned good. Admiral had to have the assistance of a v-e-t tech from UTB the last six months that she went to her Dr. IN any case...love and snuggles and I'm being warm catnip tea for you to sip while you wait. XXXOOO

  28. Oh, no! My beloved Himalayan had an anal gland that abscessed. Her anal glands were removed later because the damaged one would not empty on its own. The good thing was she didn't have to go back to have it emptied periodically. We are sending lots of purrs and scritches from our house.

  29. It's back? MOUSES! I had an abscess once but it was on my hip and had somethin' to do with another cat bitin' me when I decided to take the high road and flee rather than fight. I'm purrin' for you to get better really soon.

    Purrs,
    Nissy

  30. Oh Spitty! We hope that this time it truly heals up. Perhaps The Human should inquire into having it surgically removed and not just drained? Big purrs from all the Laydeez (and Gents) here...Mommy too!
