Wake Me When It's Over

Our fridge went kaput. The Human had to move all the stoopy hallway furnitures around last night and shove everything into the living room and I did not like that one little bit, let me tell you.

But then this morning she scooped me right up out of a dead-asleep nappy and tossed me into the bedroom and closed the door. I drew plenty of bloods first, let me tell you. You would have been proud of me, Kitties!

Then some men came and took our refrigerator away and brought a new one, and now we has ice cubes again.

Like *I* care about that! It was an unnerving morning, let me tell you. But later I had a good nap in my purple beddie and I have forgiven the Human. She looks cute in those band-aids!

Dearie, dearie, dearie Spitty. Methinks that the Human is now taking advantage of the Be Kind to the Human festival. Perhaps that's a signal that it's time to declare the festival at an end and return to normal programming. Mind you, the band-aids represent a bit of a score for you, so that's something I guess.

We hope they are Hello Kitty band-aids!

The new fridge is a good thing, Spitty. If your human is happy, everybody's happy!

I would be bummed if our refrigerator died... the freezer part is where the raw food is!

Spitty! I have laid a few scratches on my mom too! She also looks quite fetching in bandages, smelling of soap! XXooXX By the way, I adore your header and I have been meaning to tell you that for awhile now. Your mom was most fortunate to catch you looking so perfect! How are all the affairs of your Kingdom doing there? You must be bizzy several days of the week having to go through the reports from the Viceroys. Are you in need of assistance? I can help find somekitty to do so. smoochies.

Fierce Spitty does not like his nap interrupted! I think those guys should have ben made to wait until you were good and ready!
By the way, does your human at least have cute cartoons or something on her bandaids?

Oh Spitty! Don't ya know that you were put in that room so those men would steal your royalness and abduct you...hold you for ransom...never to see home again? She saved you, baby! Go purr on her some.

Oh, Smitty...we're so sorry your nap was interrupted. You should try ice cubes in your water--it's refreshing in the summer. Bandages make kitties feel like conquerors :)

Bandaids DO look good on humans I agree....during the great pilling extravaganza when I was on special meds a few weeks ago my human got a nice collection of them on her "shove it down the throat" hand from my sharp teefs. I scored one SUPER bitey too - right through her fingernail! Glad things are QUIET at your house now....Enjoy!

Too bad you don't have pics of the injuries. I AM proud of you. I was a-scared you were getting soft in your old age.
BTW, the Tree of Pain refers to TW's pain when we play on the tree.

We hate when stuff like that happens. It really disrupts things. Your human is lucky you only drew a little blood as a result.
