Democracy, Schemocracy!

So, Human, what is this "Constitution" of which you speak?  Some silly Human scheme, I suppose, to dethrone the King, to usurp His powers, to deprive Him of His Rightful Place atop the Great Chain of Being.
As if some Humans could make rules for the Kitties!

    We would love a constitution HERE! TBT is a dictator. Benevolent yes, but still... Like right now, he is makin us try NEW FOODS again in the morning. We would LIKE ta vote against that.
