SF's Natural A/C

When she left work (in the Mission/Noe Valley area) today, it was warmish. But by the time she hit the top of the 17th Street hill, this greeted her.* And by the time she got home, another three-quarters of a mile, there was not a speck of blue to be seen. In a rare meeting of the minds, the Human and I hate the hots and love our glorious fog!

* Not to worry. She did not take this while she was driving. She parked (all right, all right, yes: illegally) and got  out of the car.

  1. That's so cool! And so cool-ing! :)

Glad the fog came and made the temperatures more to you and your human's liking, Spitty.

    Big hugs to you both.

  5. Cool video. M hates the HOTS too, but fog makes her hurt all over. We love temps in the 70's with very low humidity! Just now coming off a 5-day stretch and headed back to the HOTS and humidity. YUK! Then I won't get outside cuz my humans can't stand it out there.

  6. Since my peeps don't drive, I actually thought your human was walking. GASP. If you're in a car, you can turn the AC on and it doesn't matter if its hot. Right?

  7. My human and I, on the other hand, both like it hot. My crazy human even likes humidity!

  9. Spitty that is some fast movin fog. Mother Nature must have hear you & mom complaining about the Hots & decided to give you some refreshidness. We do not like the hots in Portland either. I thought fog was supposed to come in on little cats feet. Did ya see any kitty toes in that fog bank? Hope you & your human are a couple of Kool Cats this weekend.

  15. But Spitty! Isn't that fog terrible on the furs? How about your Mom's? MY mom hates foggy mornings on accounta it makes HER furs all frizzlie.

  16. fog is a friend to stealthy covert action, that's for sure.
btw, is the Woman feeling better? we hope so. Did you administer Tuff Lubs to get her out of the house and suck it up and go fetch teh little cans of noms? I'm glad you got her back on her giant hairless feetsies. What would she do with out you?

  29. SF has got such nice AC! We don't usually get fogs but have been having lots of thunder showers. This helps get temperature down a little bit :-)

  30. Wes has been having a furry nice summer here. It has been a little windy and cooler than normal (which suits Mommy and Daddy just fine as schlepping heavy canning jars back a forth along with all the other paraphernalia is hot work!)
