This Mousie Is Too Big

I like the tiny, sisal-wrapped mousies with feather tails, but the Human wrings her aging hands and says she cannot find them any more at PetSmart or the small neighborhood pet store near our house. 
I say, "Pish-tosh! You are not trying hard enough! There are a LOT of stores you haven't been to, Ms. LazyPants!!"
This mousie is too large, and while it does have sorta-sisal wrapped around it, it is weird shiny stuff. It is not a ManCatly Mouse at all.
I am disappointed.

    Has your Human ever heaerd of the Internet? Has she never heard of Baby Patches and Nip and Bones? Humans have no excuses. I think I may have a couple of the smousies you're looking for might be convinced to part with one.

    Mebbe the old ones can be re-wrapped. We have that size, but not smaller ones. Ours are rattley, too. Are yours?

    We also have really liked those mice in the past but do not have any currently. They seem to randomly break in half and unravel.

    Oo, that tail looks like it's flipping in irritation! Perhaps your human should post a picture of the special mousie, maybe someone knows where to get more?

    Well, be thankful your Human didn't bring home that GIANT sisal wrapped mouse that Cody has. Haha!
    We have some sisal covered mice but they have a felt like tail instead of feathers.

    Seriously? Surely some place has to have those, Spitty. You should just jump in the Furrari and find some!

    Oh, and by the way, Sheba is not really lazy. We think she has kind of been in shock over being at the shelter. It has been a tough adjustment for her, but she is making strides with every passing week. Seeing her this active was actually HUGE. Next up ... trying to get her to venture out of her cage! :)

    well, that, and it's also verrah BLUE, which is not good wif your coloring. I say toss it out and start over. Did you get the Real Mousie I mailed last week? They're always the right size. I'll pick up a dozen or so for you. they often get lost so easily...
