ManCat Monday + Guests

I am sleeping peacefully under Stampo's protection
in preparation for Strangers Invading my castle
Tuesday night for a hideous NYE Party.
They are old and always leave before midnight,
so there's that anyway.
These kitties are Lily and Cooper, the tarts with whom the Human
had an affair over Christmas. As you might surmise 
from that ugly throw, the photo was taken on Halloween.
They might be even a bit larger now. They are one-year-old siblings,
and the Human says they are the kind of kitties 
that go Belly Up on the first date. Pfft.

    Why do humans have to be SO troublesome over the holidays? Having invaders to your home on New Year's Eve?! Heh. That would never happen here - my human's boyfriend doesn't like having people over. It's probably the only thing I like about him.

    Belly up on the first date! MOL!! My cousin just sort of adopted a kitty like that! Spitty, here's to the reserved and discriminating kitties like you, Star and Leo! Where the belly is a prize and a gift not given out randomly to any and every one!

    Star: Mommy's a suck up, she knows she'd love it if we all just did the flop over offering the belly all the time.. When I want mine rubbed, I make sure it's an inconvenient time for her and I DEMAND she rub until *I* say stop, usually with a bitey, hee hee Happy new year Spitty darling, I wouldn't say no to a smooch or licky at midnight.. purrrr

    Spitty,it's good that Stampo is there looking over you because getting your rest now is imperative before all the oldsters show up. One of them MIGHT try to TOUCH you!!!
    THAT will NEVER do! Stampo can warn you when one is about to approach.

    Mom said that yours was the first blog she saw and you almost made her spit her coffee (foul tasting liquid..what do the see in it???) out after having read about those tarts, Lily and Cooper offering up their bellies like that. I felt embarrassed for them. Mom felt delighted. Silly woman.

    I am lucky, my humans are going to a neighbours for a party so I can nap in peace and quiet. I expect they will come home all noisy and silly though and wake me up.
