Well, Kitties, it's time for me to pay up. Foolishly, I was suckered into making a wager on the World Cup final with that sly & wily Punapippuri, King Kitty Cat of Finland (N).
The stakes were these: the Loser (i.e., ME) was to post an embarrassing secret.
Well, Furiends, I have struggled mightily for Lo, these many years to hide this humiliating reality: When I am warm, and sleepy, and comfortables, and my heady is being scritched just so, I drool. I can't help myself, okay?
Well, King P? Am I all paid up now?
Spitty, it happens to all of us. No shame there. Tell King P that he undoubtedly drools too. I just know he does.
ReplyDeleteSpitty, it's okay. Drooling is kinda cool.
ReplyDeleteDon't feel too bad Spitty, I drool when I am purring up a storm.
ReplyDeleteDearie, dearie, dearie.

Our Teddi is a drooler too, and she says mancats who drool rule!
ReplyDelete*GASP* !!!!!
ReplyDelete...don't worry, Spitty. If you're going to leak, better that end than the other.
; )
lol Cassie never ever drools, but the cat, yeah he can drool up a storm too. So you aren't alone.
ReplyDeleteConfidentially, Rupert and CC are like FIRE HYDRANTS. Be not ashamed.
ReplyDeleteBoodie drools too! Although I'm not so sure being in the same league as her is a compliment.
ReplyDeleteNewton drools, too, Spitty! We think you're in good company with a lot of other blogosphere cats.
ReplyDeleteOMC! Blue drool! What have you been drinking/eating? Blue whale punch? MOL! Now TW is drooling!
ReplyDeleteNone of us has been happy enuf to drool Spitty, but apawently it isn't that unusual
ReplyDeleteSasha, Sami, & Saku
Heh. Can you imagine ME drooling? Well, I really do, when I see Mommy for the first time in the morning, I wait for her to cuddle me, then I purr and purr and purr into her ears and leave drool on her shoulders. Hee.
ReplyDelete...Tutu
HahaMeow! We are laffin our asterisks off at GloGirly's remark! So true.
ReplyDeleteYes, King Spitty, you are now ALL PAID UP. And personally, I think you have done everyone a favour with your braveness - just look at all the other droolers who have come out of the closet. Nothing wrong with a pool of drool. Aila is a monster for it, and Jura has begun too.
ReplyDeleteBut moi ? Nope - no drool from me.
I thank you for participating in this light-hearted little wager. And I am so glad my team won as my secret would have been far more embarrassing. But it was not to be revelaed, hehehehehe.
By the way, do you need a tissue ?
I always drool not only when I sleep... maybe you should avoid catnip before you go to bed?
ReplyDeleteKatnip Lounge's comment just sent silly Mom into hysterics here!!!
ReplyDeleteSpitty I think at one time or another (or another and another) we've all had the drippies....it means we're in heaven (here on earth of course). Feels great.....fabulous in fact....and we just can't contain ourselves (or at least our drool). Your secret is safe with us.......I promise.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Sam
Spittikins-Dearest... Its OK ta drool when be treated properly. Iffen ya dint notice before, I do when you are near me... ~ IZA-LAMBIE

ReplyDeleteI don't know if it's all that embarrassing, Spitty. Russell used to drool when he was happy, purring and AWAKE!
ReplyDeleteNo shame in drool, a lot of mine do that too.

ReplyDeleteMOL at Glogirly too :)
