My human LOVES Mondays! Basically because she works all weekend, but she can't get hold of anyone until Monday. Or in this week's case, probably Tuesday.
Monday's are good for kitties because they get some peace and uninterrupted nap time when the humans go back to work.. but for humans, they have to leave the kitty and go to work! It's tragic really. For them.
Yeah! What's up with this Friday thing anyway? I like ALL the days!!! Oh, and I am fitting out a little hobo bag to slip over my shoulder (I used mom's bandanna) and I'm bringing my own chicken and half and half for us).
Since Mom (and Dad) are retired a day is a day. (She highly recommends retirement! but you have to be old as dirt to retire she says so there is a down side)
We like it okay, too. Actually, we like it pretty darn well since it's the day our Mommy tries to stay in and play "catch-up" and laundry! Happy Mancat Monday, Spitster. XOXO
Me will be looking forward to Mondays when Mommy gets a new contract and is gone Mondays (and the rest of the week)and is not hanging around the condo all day! Kisses Nellie
Spitty, I used to dread Monday, but for some reason as soon as I retired I was able to say TGIM. Every day's a good day for kittys, esp. when there are sun puddles to bask in.
You like it when your Human goes off to work? The only good thing about Pop going to work is that we have that FURminating/bonding session in the wee hours of the morning.

Mondays are ok. Sometimes the humans are home, sometimes not. But I always prefer sunpuddle days and I haven't had one of those in a while.
