The Human just spent 49-1/2 minutes trying to get this little black speckly effect to work and in the end she had to do it in the most inefficient and WRONG way possible, and it's not even worth it cause she used such a bad picture to begin with. Cute speckly frames ain't never going to make a bad picture better.
You'd think she would've learned that lesson by now, huh?
