Behold: I Am Spittola
Lord of the Fleas
The Human is using a judicious combination of Advantage, frequent vacuuming & eternal vigilance to see if we can avoid The Bomb. Guerrilla warfare continues.
Vacuuming is a good way to go. This is almost as bad as the bedbugs. Did your human bring them in when she was cavorting with other cats? Another good weapon is food grade diatomaceous earth. Your human can put it in the vacuum bag and sprinkle it on rugs and bedding. You can google it. When Autumn had that problem, she had to be dipped twice and the basement where she lived at the time had to be bombed. You can beat this!
As much as you enjoy having minions, Spitty...I'm thinking being rid of fleas will make you happier! Wishing you and your human good luck; we know you can do it!
Oh, dear...My human went through that once with a couple adopted cats. They were allergic to fleas. Furniture and carpet had to be sprayed and the poor cats got flea baths at the vet's!
I hope those little boogers go bye-bye forever Spitty!

ReplyDeleteHey, why don't you build a wall (or get the fleas to build it) to keep those parasites away ????
ReplyDeleteGeez, you never go out - how did those things find you?
ReplyDeleteLove the wall idea.
ReplyDeleteYou poor kitty, fleas are awful.
