Sunday Selfie: So Many Things, So Little Time

You already know what a Very Good Boy I am, so that's not really the issue here.

No, the real issue is how irresponsible and unreasonable it is of the Human to put out all these Angels and expect Gigi and me to show the kind of superfeline restraint that should not be expected from even the most domesticated of kitties, which we certainly are not!

Now Gigi is more an ornament-batting kind of gal. Me, I prefer my victims to have faces, and to silently scream in shock and dismay when they are rudely dumped on their keisters (do angels even have those?)

So far, I have spared them. But temptation is strong and there are still many days till Crispmouse. Stay tuned!

  1. It's good that you and Gigi have chosen to specialise with your whapping duties. It seems as though you've divided the workload between you fairly evenly. It takes a strong stomach to tackle the victims with faces, but I'm confident that you're up for it Buddy. Enjoy!

PS I'm pretty sure that angels do have keisters.

  2. I am guessing you think the risk of Santa finding out who wrecked a angel ornament is small - right? And that you can get on the right side of Mom before Christmas Day.........

  4. Buddy, if she puts that stuff out…then she’s taking her chances.

  5. That does look very tempting. I am sure Santa would forgive you. :)

  6. You and Gigi are good kitties, Buddy. We hear Santa works on a sliding scale, so he'll probably cut you some slack!

  7. We will definitely stay tuned.

    Happy Holidays.

  8. Oh, Buddy, we know how tempting it is to give those angels a whap. Cooper Murphy and Lisbeth would be delighted to give you some pointers, but may we suggest you wait until after Santa comes. Thanks so much for hopping with us. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, angel Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Sawyer & Kizmet

  9. I'm not sure if those angels are long for this world.

  10. I can see what a good boy you are laying there quietly. The white angel is within paw striking distance though.

  11. Buddy I feel your pain....and it's not just the angels - all those dangly things on those house trees they've put up - I mean they put temptations all over the place and expect us to just ignore them? They ask SO MUCH of us. SO MUCH.

    Hugs, Teddy

  12. Buddy, you are an angel for being so careful. Thankfully you never met my new castle furramily member Eowyn. She is the reason we don’t have any Chrissymouse stuff this year.

  13. First they put these things in front of us and then they expect us to ignore them. Silly humans.

  14. It's inhumane, Buddy, to tempt you like that!

  15. They'd already be down at our house.

  16. Dear departed Aunt Pauline used to have a special kind of cat gum she used to protect her "precious" nickie knacks.

  17. TBT has learned that, if he attaches stuff to a (fancy-stained board that looks good) where we have to sit to bat at stuff, it DOES NOT FALL OVER. Our own little Christmas Tree is clamped to the surface, too. IT IS NOT FAIR!

However, you and Gigi seems to have the right catitude. Spitty would be proud of both of you.

Leave me a meow or a hiss; I don't mind a hiss or two. . . or even a bitey.
