Uh-oh

I know what this is and I don't approve. Not even the tiniest bit. I definitely do not recall having given the Human permission for a "trip" of any sort.

This can mean only one thing: Abandonment. She says it will be only for a few days, she says she will be back by Sunday, she says the neighbors will visit me and feed me twice a day, but she says a lot of things that turn out not to be true.

Hrrrmph.

  1. Spitty, I don't blame you for being upset. Holidays are meant to be spent together. I know that the cat-kids in our house are pretty upset to see Mom's bags come out - but on the other hand they don't like to travel, either.

  2. Quick, get in the bag and refuse to leave it! And tell your human, NO LEAVING THE CAT.

  3. Spitty...we're with William! Get in that bag and don't get out. She'll either have to stay home...or take you with her!!

  4. Spitty, now you KNOW you won't be alone...us girls will be over to visit you! A Lot. Tell the temporary feeders to knock first, please!

  5. What?! That is terrible! My human just got back from being away, so I know how it is. Fortunately, she is only going away for a few hours on Thanksgiving, and hopefully will return with some turkey. I don't know what your human could possibly to do make up for HER absence! Maybe she had better not leave in the first place!

  6. Spitty-the-Kitty, that sucks. When we see that bag, we both pout and completely ignore our mom until she gets back from her carousing. We have no use for anyone who is about to leave us.

Try not to worry, the time will go quickly...take lots of naps and before you know it they will be home!

  11. Yeah, I've heard that too. You can teleport over to my house any time you need company.

  12. She's leaving you? And over Thanksgiving? Where's your turkey? And gravy? This is unforgivable!

Leave me a meow or a hiss; I don't mind a hiss or two. . . or even a bitey.
