Lunch on the Fly

Yesterday the Human was walking along the Embarcardero and just look at what she saw!
Doesn't he look delicious? Wouldn't it have been nice if she'd bagged him and brought him home for me?
But, of course, she did not. So....
I'll just have to play with my Land Octopus. Fun, yes; tasty, no.
Sigh. So inconsiderate!

    Hey Spitz, you bag one a dem & we can close up shop & retire! We haz those here at the beach. They is BIG and MEAN; we seen some wild kitties out by the ocean puttin the stalk on 'em but trust me... Those giant morsels don't tolerate dat! With one flap they sent the kittie's flyin off in all directions! MOL. It was kinda funny.

    Spitty-the-Kitty, we don't know what to think. We're kind of glad the human didn't bring you that bird home. He kind of looks really mean, and he may have been able to peck your eyes out!

    You probably really had your paw set on that bird, but if you look closely, you'll see it's really kind of scrawny!
