This is the Human's Dad, a Marine who fought bravely in the South Pacific during WWII and then occupied Nagasaki after the atomic bomb was dropped. He survived the war and lived out his life as an honorable and peace-loving man.
He died many years ago, but the Human still misses him and thinks of him with love and gratitude.
Sending your human gentle purrs today, as she remembers her dad.
ReplyDeleteWe, too, are honouring All Beings who have served and who currently serve. Purrs to all.

ReplyDeleteNow, Spitty, it's a full moon. Let's run the fangs out, and scare a few out of their skins!
