El Dìa de Los Muertos
I gave the Human permission to post this on my blog today, but only because William was bummed that he did not get to have a Dìa de Los Muertos altar at his house. This was the one at my Human's school Wednesday.
P.S. Furiends: I got an email from a Kitteh who has trouble commenting when 'word verification' is turned on, and who wanted to leave a comment here but couldn't because of the verification. I *thought* it was turned OFF on my blog. Could you tell me if you have to go through word verification to leave a comment here? Thanks, Kitties!
PPS: Fanks, efurrybuddy for the info! It all seems straightened out now!
Oh my, that is quite a fancy ofrenda! I'm glad to see somebody is on the ball. Thanks to your human for posting this.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I have to do the w.v., but I'll let you know if I do after this.
Nope, I don't!
ReplyDeleteThat's very elaborate, the altar. At least we think so, not having much knowledge of them!
ReplyDeleteWe don't think we have to do the word verification, either.
Okay, we definitely do NOT have to do word verification! :-)
ReplyDeleteThe Mexican zombie cat, HHGutt, is impressed. Now I think "he" wants to, you know, go out with you too. Everyone needs a little stunning kitteh in their lives so I, too, spread the love around.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, does your human eat that "bread of the dead" too that they sell around here? And, er, not word verification.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteSpitty, here's hoping that I don't have to do word verification either! That human of mine is so useless at times! Fancy a ttrade in? At least yours has all her parts actually working!
ReplyDeleteOh! Day of the Dead! Did yous get skull cookies?
ReplyDeleteAnd we missed seeing a picture of yous...even though we LOVES your new header!
Kisses
Nellie
Spitty, we think that altar looks GREAT! How wonderful to honor all the bugs and spiders and mousies and burdies...
ReplyDelete::crunch crunch::
Very nice altar, great way to teach kids about history, saints and celebrations.
ReplyDeleteHi, Spitty!
ReplyDeleteNo, no word verification needed!
ReplyDeleteNope..no word verification. Spitty..um..I saw what you said to CK. I shan't wring my paws over you then.
ReplyDeleteThat is a cool bunch of stuff! No word verification either!
ReplyDeleteThat's an altar that deserves a 2nd look! We'll bet we won't need a word verification to post this (but if we do, we'll let you know).
ReplyDeleteWhoa! Way cool!
ReplyDeleteAnd thanks for turning the word verification off. That thing is more trouble than it's worth.
I wish my human would set up a Day of the Dead altar here - we would have so much fun jumping on it and knocking everything off!
ReplyDeleteNope, no word verification - maybe Blogger thinks there is something funky with the commenter's IP address?
Or maybe they don't have a Blogger account - another thought. It's possible someone who doesn't may have a different commenting experience from those of us who do.
ReplyDeleteHmmm,,,seeing if I have to do the captcha thingy...
ReplyDeleteNope...no verifications...
ReplyDeleteNo word verifications, I don't think I've seen it.
ReplyDeleteEmma and Buster
Lots of things need whiffin and investigatin at that altar. Too bad you don't haf one at home.
ReplyDeleteWE have seen word verification in some time on your blog (thank you!!!) and don't quite understand why someone would think otherwise???
