Seriously?


The service at this hotel has really gone downhill. 
No crunchy bug on the pillow, 
and now it seems I must brush myself?

    Wow, Spitty, that is something you really need to discuss with the management. No room service? No spa service? I'd suggest a strongly worded letter stating your intent to take your business elsewhere unless drastic improvements are made.
