So, you may ask, what could be worse than pink? Well, when the Human went to the High Church of PetSmart today, this hit her smack in the face upon entry:
Half-Price!!! Small dog beds!!!
Well, Spitty, you look very handsome against pink and so what if it was supposed to be for a dog? Having a cat in it can only improve it!

ReplyDeleteThat's OK Spitty, on both counts. Small d-o-g beds are the perfect size for mancatly cats. Cat beds can be kinda cramped sometimes. The pink is actually spectacular with your furs. And, do you know, when they started out with different colors for boys and girls ( I think in the 1800s), it was actually pink/red for BOYS and blue for girls! I joke not.

We don't think it matters what colour it is or what kind of animal it was meant for. If it's supremely comfortable--and it appears it is--that means it purrfect for felines!

Spitty...your bravery has caused me to confess something. You know my new royal red plush velvety new beddie? It's a small doggie bed! I love it's deeply padded comfort and it's relatively high sides. I knead it first and then climb in. It's been a kitty bed ever since mommy put it on the floor for me.

ReplyDeleteOurs has done that too Spitty. Even better is to stumble on an end of season clearance sale like ours did once $4 for a big fluffy snuggly bed.Yeah it was a dog bed too but when kitties use it, it becomes a kitty bed!
