Help! I'm Melting

Is it winter somewhere? Can I go there?
I'll be a Good Boy, I promise.
I do eat a lot, though.

  1. Come over to Kiimamaa. There might be snow this weekend. And the elk hunting season is still on so there's plenty to eat. And maybe a few swans are still around. And there's plenty of tiny prey too. And then come over for a sauna as that sort of heat is wonderful on the furs.
Hang on in there, royal Spitster.

  2. It's only going to be in the upper 70s tomorrow in L.A., Spitty! That is winter temps for us!

  3. Thanks for dropping by and eating our foods too. Pah! You are a feline vacuum cleaner. Äiti just wanted to check, you are putting on weight and getting flabby, I mean muscular, aren't you ? She was just thinking thyroid - Tuomo used to eat ALL our food (yes, all 13 servings) and was still skinny until his thyroid got fixed. But methinks you are too young for that and just have a healthy huge appetite. Porker.

  5. Oh Spitty.. you can melt on over to our place, it's only around 60.. we'll feed you and pet you and snuggle you...

@Punapippuri: We think his food thing is something simpler than thyroid, when an older male gets.. well, you know what just happened to him.. they all seem to go nuts with the eating, sometimes gaining a round tummy that then disappears after about a year. At least that's been my experience with older boy kitties.

Star says: Spitty, Leo says I have to come over and lick your ears and head and generally snuggle you. I don't know why it's HIS business... but I'm on my way anyway! Because, Spitty dear, you look so long and strong and like a lean mean furry machine that I MUST cuddle you! I'll bring some catnip temptations, they're my new favs! Or the milk temptations... daddy bought me all the flavors!

  6. Greetings King Spitty--
Another hot day here, too. But, it is supposed to be cooling off.

P.S. That snow photo on my blog was from a couple of years ago. Every once in a while, usually in February, we might wake up to some snow which lasts for about 3 hrs.
As Aiti said, "That's not snow, that's dandruff." Ha ha.

  12. Spitty, just what do you call hot/melting? Upper 70s? In NYC that's cool and crisp. Surely you don't want your Giants to freeze when they come home to play Games 6 and 7 at home. If looks bad now but at least your team hasn't mailed it in like mine did. How about those Niners!!

  13. King Spitty, I must say, you're looking lean and more handsome. Your servant could fan your furz to help a hot little mancat.

  21. That is an ingenious photo. You appear to be levitating. Though in truth it may just be an illusion created by the heat waves.
