The Viceroys Ride Again

Lord High Emperor Rumblepurr:  Nob Hill (very uppercrust, just like Rumbles)
Tutu:  Chinatown (and Queen of all Chinatowns throughout the World)
CK:  Bayview~Hunter's Point (Da Hood)
Moosey, Gracie, & Zoe + Prancer Pie, Princeton & Precious:  Twin Peaks  
                                                                                                           (One Peak per Household)
Austin: Forest Hill  (nearby to serve as Official Bodyguard)
Nerissa:  The Marina (northern, near water, easy to rule remotely)
Sammy:  Sunny Potrero Hill, right next to CK who will protect him!
Timmy:  Laurel Heights (lovely and tree-lined)
Raven:  Hayes Valley (the chi-chi & happening Arts Center of the City)

Finally today, looking out for my Royal Interests in Nevada:

    Oh Spitty, thank you for assigning me Potrero Park! Mom and I just took a peekie at some photos online and it looks like a grand spot to set up camp. I'm thinking from McKinley Park I could build my fort and properly defend the area - what do you think? I'm grateful for your trust in assigning me a Viceroyship. I shall not let you down!

The Viceroy has assured us that you are not marauding pirates but here to protect, but we would like our home territory under our protection. We are practically under the star on your treasure map.
