Well, Kitties, it's a miracle! My, uh, problem seems to have resolved itself and I am no longer doing lickity, lickity, lickity, lickity, lickity, lickity, lickity-licks. I am playful and friendly and apparently fine.
I have convinced the Human to hold off on dragging me to the Stabby Place, where I always have to be knocked out cold and manhandled and for some reason, shaved. ::shudder::
She says she will keep a very watchful eye on me and if I appear to be in any distress, she will cart me off, kicking and screaming, to You-Know-Where before I even know what hit me.
I think this is a fair deal.
Well done, King Spitty. Now I think you should charge your Human what she would have paid in fees - she can donate it to yo instead.
ReplyDeleteI am very happy to read this Spitty
ReplyDeleteKeep hiding the licky problem and ya wont see the vet again... And grow yer tail back!
ReplyDeleteSounds fair to me - you are lucky, Spitty. My human would probably take me in anyway, "just in case," and you know what usually happens then, right? The vet says, "Oh, she is fine. That'll be 60 bucks, please," and my human is out money and I'm put out, as in mad.
ReplyDeleteGlad da problem fixed itself!
ReplyDeleteAll's well that ENDS well!
ReplyDeleteSpitty that is great news and we hope you recover ASAP and don't have to go to the blood stealers. Have a marvellous Monday and rest up and get well soon.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
Keep the lickety lickety lick for your baffs, Spitty. ;)
ReplyDeleteOh Spitty dear! I just saw your previous post and this one! I'm glad you're doing better, but please don't fight it if you have to go to the vet! We want you happy and healthy and absess free! Smooches sweetie!
ReplyDeleteStar says: I'll hold your paw if you wind up having to go to that place... I don't blame you for not liking it! I dont like it either, but I havent the nerve to fight the vet... I should, I shred mom enough!
You said on my post that you're a ground cat. Me too! I've never been much of a climber. The back of the couch is high enough for me! That barbarian I live with can have the high ground, I'll stay down where it's safe thank you very much! You can come over for a down low cuddle if you want to? Purrrr
Oh phew, you were about to be taken to that stabby place!
ReplyDeleteGlad you are doing better now...I hope you continue to be well and don't have to go there!
Great when things fix themselves, hoping it stays that way and no stabby comes your way
ReplyDeleteSounds fair enough and as long as her eye is glued on your hiney.... well what more could a kitteh ask for?
ReplyDeleteOh that is good news. Going to the v*t is never fun for any reason. We will keep our paws crossed that the problem doesn't come back.

Which shoe did you "resolve" it into?
ReplyDeleteSpitty, I am so happy you don’t have to go to that awful place! BTW, I got something in the mail today. TW cried and cried and I don’t know why cos it was such a sweet thing to do. I’ll be over to show my appreciation later, if you’re not busy.
ReplyDeleteWe are soooo glad you dodged that bullet. Uh, and maybe no licketys - at least while she's looking...?
ReplyDeleteWe are purring and praying super hard that you stay well. Giulietta and Fiona are expecting you to have your dancing shoes on come Friday. Purrs and paw-pats, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
