The noms have slipped. I disdained my breakfast yesterday, taking one pitiful bite and walking away. Now, when she's at work she does not lose points for this, as she really doesn't know till she gets home whether breakfast has pleased me or not. But Kitties, she was right here yesterday, and it took her almost the whole DAY to offer me something else. I could have starved! Pfft. There was a good brushing session on both days, though not as much petting as I might have wished. Playtime slipped again, nearly into D range, which at the Human's school would put her onto Academic Probation! On the plus side, my tailio has grown back, as you can see very well in this Back-of-Disrespect pose.
Thank goodness the beautiful floof has returned! I am sure you flipped it in proper disdain for being starved all day! Your furs are looking quite nice and shiny though! Hopefully you will get ONE "A" day before break is over poor Spitty.

My human often slacks off in the playing realm too - maybe I need to get more toys to review. That does cause the camera to get pulled out, but at least she plays more!

ReplyDeleteI suspect you might have been a little generous with your grading. Hopefully, the human takes the marks seriously and works to make improvements. Hang in there, you are clearly suffering.

Glad your tail is all flooferific again... Maurice (da big black and white dude that belongs to Ally) got a blockage once and dey shaved part of his tail off. He looked like he were attacked by a deranged poodle groomer. He sat on that part of his tail and hid his shame until it grew back out....
ReplyDeleteYes we DO have twin tailios! Aren't they superb? I see yours and my cinnamon furs are glowing in the suns again. WE are just gorgeous. Heeeee.

Geez, Spitty! Too bad you can't turn in your human for another who would get better grades! Maybe you need to give incentives, like extra head butts and purrs?
ReplyDeleteGosh......I had SO hoped that this week when your human could have devoted so much extra time to you, she chose instead to carry on with "business as usual" or even (horrors) "sub-par usual". I know you're disappointed - and when you present her with her report card at the appointed time, I do hope she hangs her head in shame.....!

We can sympathize with the playtime, Spitty. What is with these pawrents of ours, falling down on the job. How is it so hard to play with us?!? Hope your human improves for tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteAlas, Spitty, we suffer a similar fate. Although us youngsters gobble up pretty much anything, Skootch disdains his food quite often. As for playtime, phbbt! Nothing for days. We are obliged to amuse ourselves. Our report is GRIM.
