I Look Good Enough to Eat

Or at least that's what the Human says.

I dunno. It sounds a little, uh, creepy to me.

Do your Humans ever say weird stuff that makes you wonder whether it's safe to snooze with both eyes closed?

I'm not sure I want to be "scrumptious."

  1. As long as she keeps her distance we suppose it's an OK thing to say. At least she doesn't spit all over you with sloppy kisses a la Popeye and Olive Oyl, up one arm and down another. That's what our mom does to us--except to Izzy, who has a complete bird when he's kissed.

Pee Ess. Caroline agrees with your human.

  2. Well, we hope she doesn't act on that, Spitty. ;)

  3. Don't be too alarmed, Spitty. A lot of beans say weird things to their cats - it's our way of showing affection. We want to nuture you, and cuddle you, and pamper you just as if you were a baby bean - and adult beans say all these weird and wacky things to their babies too.

I think you're safe to close both eyes and sleep soundly. Just dismiss it as a(nother) bean peculiarity. Me? I'm not quite sure what she's talking about, since your furs are far too dark to be mistaken for chocolate! LOL

  4. Um, yeah, I agree with you, Spitty. My human used to say, "I'm so hungry, I could eat a kitty!" but she seems to have lightened up on that since I came to live here.

  6. You ARE delicious and scrumpious. I am too . At least that is the thing mom keeps saying to me. And your friend Megan is right. Our mom's look at us like living teddy bears, and the kisses just keep coming. I get kisses so many times as do many of my furriends, it's a wonder there are any furs left standing on my adorable little body!

  7. You look wonderful as always, Spitty but we are concerned that your human's remark could indicate some form of derangement!

Leave me a meow or a hiss; I don't mind a hiss or two. . . or even a bitey.
