Le Selfie du Dimanche:
          Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler

Or maybe it's Laissez rouler les bon temps, as the French teacher at the Human's school says. Either way, it works for me. As you can see, we had a wee bit of sun today, and I thought the fevver a festive addition for almost Mardi Gras. I have missed all my furiends, but the Human is moving apace into recovery mode and perhaps our little heads will pop up more often in the coming week. Man, she was sick, though.  Lordy, lordy, lordy.

  3. Laissez rouler les bon temps indeed, Spitty. And I do hope the Human has an action- and treat-filled programme organised in an attempt to make it up to you. My advice is to milk the situation for all you can get.

  6. Gosh, we had sun too! That doesn't happen as much around here these past 4 years. But we love when it happens and I nap in the sunpuddles...mom goes out into them. SO glad your Human is so much better.

  13. We've heard horror stories about how bad this flu has been--it's even affecting folks who've gotten a flu shot! It's good our mom is practically a hermit and therefore not particularly exposed to it--there's nothing worse than a sick human. Glad yours is finally getting beyond it.

  19. We hope your Mum is better now Spitty, colds and virus thingies can be nasty and take away all your strength!

You do look rather fine and although your French speaker may be correct, it is very much a human habit to mangle language to their own ends ;-)

  20. Speedy, we are thinking that we are all pretty fortunate that our humans are still alive. This bug is one nasty one for sure. You are looking quite festive. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo and Cooper Murphy

Leave me a meow or a hiss; I don't mind a hiss or two. . . or even a bitey.
