Some Days, I Sits and Thinks

but not for that long because I really need my naps.

  1. Hey Spitty, you are just like us sometimes. We love to daydream too when we are not busy. The thing we wish that you do the best is take long naps. Nothing is better then a 12 hour nap. I guess you would agree. Thanks for the share. Have a great day and enjoy the nap.

  3. Spitty - it's quality not quantity that matters. I suspect that in your short bouts of deep thinking you canvass ideas and issues that wouldn't cross the minds of many others in a decade. It's little wonder that you need long naps to regain your energy.

    1. So my ordinarily stoopy Human found this cool "World Time Buddy" site that says Sydney is +17 to our time (4:15 p.m. Tuesday July 24)--so if she read the chart right (not a sure thing by any means), you wrote this comment at about 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 25, your time?

    2. Yes, I think that would have been about right. I've just checked https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock - it's 1.15pm on Wednesday here and the site tells me that it's 8.15pm on Tuesday where you are.

I always feel sorry for those of you who live on the west coast of the USA - by the time a day reaches you, it's been thoroughly used by everyone who's had it before you. Here on the east coast of Australia, our day has only been used by a small number of Pacific Islanders and New Zealanders before we get to live in it - and they're all happy, easy going folk, so could can hardly tell that you're living in a 'pre-used' time zone. But in San Francisco? Boy - your day has been done over by practically everyone - in Australia, across Asia, Europe and Africa, and then across the rest of the USA as well. The air must be well and truly depleted of oxygen and the sun practically worn out by the time you experience it.

    3. OMC, we never thought of THAT. No wonder our mom is always cranky at the end of our day (we're only one time zone away from Spitty).

  5. Napping helps you think more clearly! At least that is what my human says.

  6. So right! You don't want to tire yourself out with too much thinking.

  7. Elliott is the thinker here. He frequently just stops to think about cat stuff.

Leave me a meow or a hiss; I don't mind a hiss or two. . . or even a bitey.
