    You see Spitty - THAT's where you go wrong. You' are far too soft hearted when it comes to managing your Human. Today is Thursday. You wanted/needed brushies on Tuesday. You shouldn't have to wait 48 hours - the response should be instant as soon as you stomp your paw. Indeed, it might be argued that you shouldn't even have to ask: the Human should be able to anticipate your every requirement and deliver quick smart.
