Gosh Spitty - the help there has certainly gone downhill....you have to brush yourself? Next she'll expect you to open a can of food for yourself. Or clean your own litterbox. Seems it's time for a little remedial learning!
Spitty...they have slipped in their service abominably. It's as though they have g=forgotten all the fine points we taught them. I have had to brush Myself as well on occasion. I showed her where the best places to bruch are and she had to be re-taught! You're right. D- for her!
