So the Human came home this afternoon, and to her credit
she did feel considerable guilt over having abandoned me
to go off and cavort with other Humans.
That guilt manifested itself in a good deal of playtimes
with tissue paper and a backscratcher, a strange combination
which actually turned out to make themselves into a pretty fun toy.
However . . .
The Human has other sins to count, as you can see here in this compromising photo taken at about 2:00 a.m. on Christmas, as the Human welcomed new bedmate Lilybelle.
I mean, infidelity is never a pretty thing, but did she
have to take a freaking picture to flaunt on my blog?
That was a big sin. You poor kitty, you put up with so much.
ReplyDeleteShe really is incorrigible, Spitty. At least she didn't bring the little minx home. And let's not forget that she will no doubt be off on NYE doing Bast knows what, leaving you alone again! We think you should move here.
ReplyDeleteI could scarcely believe what I was reading Spitty - I had no idea that the Human thought it appropriate to head out on Christmas Day and leave you unattended. Grossly unacceptable. And to find out that she spent her time in the company of another pusscat - unthinkable!!!

ReplyDeleteOMC, I saw that photo of Lilybelle and I thought, "Wait a minute - that's not Spitty!" Yeah, that isn't fair of your human to post that photo. My human only posts other kitty photos with my permission.
