I Don't Think We're in Kansas Anymore

Glinda: Oh well, I'm a little muddled. The Munchkins called me, because a new Witch has just dropped a bench on  Spitty the Kitty. And there's the bench. And here you are. And that's all that's left of Spitty the Kitty.

N.B.:  I protested this posting but the Human laughed at me and said, "C'mon, Spitty! It's funny!" *I* remain unpersuaded.

Meanwhile.....
I managed to pry my beautiful Iza-Lambie away from the bosom of her loving family long enough to take her for a spin in the FURRari

We ended up at the Edgar Allan Poe Museum in Baltimore. (I don't who that weird guy who photobombed our nice picture is, but we didn't let him bother us a bit.)

We explored the place to our heart's content. Iza did slay a mousie or four, but we did not come across any Black Cats walled up in the dining room!

After a fun couple of hours, we hit the road back to Castle TBT, but as we kissed good-bye, we agreed to meet again soon for exciting trip to PetCo!

No, we don't see the humor in that bench droppin on you, either. Humans have such a weird sense of humor!

I've always been suspicious of Glinda. She always shows up right after something has been dropped on someone.

Spitty, I'd like to take a spin in that Furrari someday. It sure beats the 1989 hunk of junk parked in our garage.

Spitty, dashing around in a convertible in WINTER in Baltimore - I know it has been warm but not THAT warm!

Congarats on your awesome win at Glorgirly's blog.

Did you know that Billie Burke was 54 when she played Glinda? And this was back in the days before advanced cosmetic enhancements!

Oops, sorry, my human gets carried away at the drop of a vintage film reference.

Hamans have such a weird sense of humor. That's why we have to bite them now and again.

We can even hear Glinda's voice when we read that Spitty! Perfect!

The EA Poe house! Mom would like to go see that someday but there has to be a golf course nearby for dad.
You & Iza shoulda tried to catch that annoying Raven while you were there.

Our huMom really enjoyed the reference to the Wizard of Oz, of course, her name is Dorothy and her first kitty, sooo many years ago, was named Toto. So we are not surprised she enjoyed it. The old guy in photobombing your picture was probably just admiring your pawsome Furrari. Lucky no Raven bombed the car, specially with the roof off!

ALSO - since you is so close by in B'more, why not hop over already and pick me up in DC. I'll be waiting in the park across from teh white house, under teh statue of teh horse bucking the guy offa his back. you know teh one...

IZA LOVEY: Oh dear Spittykins, I loved the ride in yer fancy new FURRari! The only time before that I been inna car, it was in the PTU to the vet (well, there was the long trip HERE by car as a kitten, but I hardly amember that now).

Visitin the Poe House was VERY ecitin (All those ravens to chitter at), and those noises behind the brick wall got me (bootifully) puffed).

I was sads when we pulled up to Castle TBT, but glad that we stayed in the car while out front (ahem) "talked" fer a awhile. You talk SO WELL with nose-kissies, hee-hee.

And, I must say, you DO know how to remove a collar without my hardly knowing you are doing it... You Naughty mancat, you...

And back home, you were SUCH a gentlemancat when you honked the car horn SO loudly that TBT opened the front door JUST as I walked to it. *sigh*

I'll be planning our Petco trip soon. Oh WAIT til you see all the toys and foods!

Pee Ess: I left a live mousie in the glove compartment, just fer YOU!
