Catching Up

Well hello again. Yes, my irresponsible Human returned last night after abandoning me to the capricious care of the neighbors.

I did have plenty of time to catch up on my personal grooming, although hard as I tried, I could not come up with (heh heh) a nice hairball to welcome her home.

The most important thing that happened was that I evidently took leave of my senses and allowed one of the neighbor ladies to TOUCH me. She walked over to my little round bed and I guess I was drowsy, and before I could even react, she was STROKING my fur!!! And I was liking it!

The Human says the earth must have tilted on its axis.

  4. You should never nap in front of strangers, they can take advantage of you while your in your dream sleep state.

  6. My mommy was gone too and like you, I allowed HER, the baby sitter to touch me and pet me. She left Mom a note and said I took leave of my senses for 5 minutes while I allowed that petting. I came to them tho and ran under the bed.
If I'd known you were alone I would have invited you over to hang out.

  7. Spitty! For shame! But, I admit, Mommy tickled Me under the chin two nights ago when I was eating a morsel of chicken out of the palm of her hand. So we all make mistakes.

Leave me a meow or a hiss; I don't mind a hiss or two. . . or even a bitey.
