I think Easy's idea is a good one....if I printed that out and stuck it on our refrigerator I bet Mom would quit raiding it in the middle of the night!!
Mom is chortling over that bench photo. She says she feels like she could have done the same after holiday eating and lack of exercise 'cause of the frigid weather. She also says the thins that she miss about California the most is the ocean, and she loved the opportunity to listen to the waves.
