It's Raining, It's Pouring

The Human I'm ignoring . . .

Actually, as you may be able to tell from the sunlight caressing my pretty back furs, this picture is a few days old (back before the hellish events of the past few posts).

We have had almost two-and-a-half inches of glorious rain in the past 24 hours and it could not be more welcome. Also, the Human finally washed my snuggly beddy, which makes me almost forgive her for that whole disgraceful horn debacle.

Almost.

P.S. Storm update!

You certainly look very comfy and warm in your bed, Spitty.

Holy fishies, Spitty, we were worried about you. You'd better have your candles and waterwings at the ready!

I hope you don't need an ark out there Spitty!

Stay afloat, Spitty and human.
That bed die looks wonderful now that it is all freshened and stuff.

It sounds like you've enjoyed having the rain. Hopefully you weren't in the areas that lost power? Stay safe and dry!

I don't think a clean bed makes up for dat.

We wished our humans skipped work today, they could but they didn't.

Good that you have a clean and fluffed up bed.
We saw that horn and, well, yikes!
We also has a ton of rain on Wednesday(4 inches)!
We were lucky it did not affect us as we are on a hill.
We prefer sunshine like all cats do :)

Your bed is so fluffy but it’s not PINK anymore. I wouldn’t let the Human off the hook so easily. You do look like you could use a Keisha Kuddle though.

We've had that much rain too, can take it or leave it here

We are about to get hit with that storm now, Spitty - I have been trying to fit in as many sun puddles as possible this week!

We unnerstand yer desire fer the rain. But around here that is just boring. We are so wet here the rain just sits on the ground!!! We think the Beins need ta find a way a even it all out.

I think the consequences of the horn fiasco need to run a little longer, Spitty. If they're not substantial, then your human may try something equally ghastly anytime soon.

I am glad you didn't float away in all that rain Spitty. We had a big storm last night, but the gales have blown the rain away for now and the sun is trying to shine.

Ah Spitty I note you said "ALMOST" makes you forgive your human for the "horn of embarrassment" thing.....you need to drag out that forgiveness thing.....it could mean extra treats.

Sorry about all the rain. You are lucky you are inside where it is safe and dry.

Um, that’s kind of offensive to those of us who lived through Super Storm Sandy but I’ll forgive you.
