So, late Caturday night, somebody was making a little movie across the street
at the Wooly Pig Cafe (and, btw, I have no idea why it is called that).
And just why is that an outrage? you may want to ask.
Well, was I invited to play the lead role? Or any role?

Whoa! You live across the street from a theatre, Spitty? Is it noisy at night? I hadn’t noticed. This reminds me of the outrage when they were filming down the block from ME and TW wouldn’t let me go out to be part of it.
Dat are an outrage!
Spitty, just march right on over there and insist that they make you the lead!
Spitty, you're just too talented for that...that...SPEAKEASY!
We finds it hard to believe they wouldn't give you the chance. Silly beans!

Well, it is probably not a very interesting film then.
Spitty, any movies without you in the lead role is destined to be a flop! Maybe the producers knew that you would not allow them to exploit your exceptionally honed thespian talents. They were probably only paying scale wages anyway. You should be more outrages that your human has never taken you out to dine at the Wooley Pig or at least brought you a take out order.
Well Spitty, I think it's an outrage that you live right across from the Wooly Pig and haven't bothered to find out why it's called that. I can understand the proprietors expressing no interest in including you in the film given the indifference you've shown their cafe. Why not saunter across, introduce yourself, and suggest that they might need a resident cat to add some ambiance?

Oh noes, how rude! Don't they know they're in your hood?

Yes, we are BACK! Äiti came home last night and is keeping a low profile today, doing our duties. Now our cat sitter cleared up all our little triumphs and cat's honour means we will not reveal what went on, hehehehe. Sorry for the lack of comments recently - Äiti will be whapped for that. I shall also ensure we send a missive by sundown today. We are intrigued by the cafe: Äiti says it is maybe a Christmas movie as there is No L .... well not enough L's anyhow. Ugh
I definitely think that's a major outrage.....as others have said your rep there in the 'hood is such that they should have not only asked permission to film right across from your house BUTTTT should have given you a part - lead or otherwise - in their cinematic endeavor. There oughta be a law.......if not about that, then about naming a pub "The Wooly Pig". So there.
Hugs, Sammy
You should be in the movie. :)
You would be an improvement to any film!
Come to NM, Spitty. Movie folks here are ALWAYS looking for handsome guys!
Bet they were afraid if you were in the movie, any pig at that restaurant would be in danger. MOL! XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
Spitty Dearest,
Oh the memories of the Wooly Pig Cafe! Nice to see this on your blog as loved that place when I lived and then visited SF. My only disappointment for sure is that you were not invited at star cast or at least a cameo role! They missed the boat on that. but sure with your handsome looks and personality, fame is just around the corner. I believe the owner of Wooly Pig Cafe is Canadian...and Canadians do have a few different (to say the least) names for their cafe's, roads, lanes, etc. Could this be the influence from Scotland, England, Wales, Ireland, etc?
