could you perhaps explain why my most excellent new box is joining me here on the bed, and why all my other, semi-excellent boxes have been relegated to the back porch? Because this is what I view as Suspicious and Worrisome behavior on your part.
Do you have Other Humans coming over here? Because I suspect you do, and I further suspect I am soon to be confined here in the bedroom with this box that is suddenly not so very appealing after all.
And where, might I ask, is my food?

Oh poor Spitty! Yes, we fear THAT box means visitors and lockup. That's why we like boxes that dont mean annything. Or come with kitty-stuff in them, which is allus safe...
Your box collection, your food, your toys, your litter box, your brush ...
Is your Human seriously trying to pretend by putting the other boxes out the back, that she's a good housekeeper? Don't her friends know her better than that after all this time?

Well, at first I was as affronted as you, Spitty... but then I got to thinking that maybe since you probably don't want to help entertain company, staying in the bedroom with your box isn't such a bad idea!
House guest can be tricky. Some guests don't like kitties too much so we get locked in the room, not fair. I hope you get a cat-friendly guest.

Well, for what it's worth, our male human thinks that is a most excellent box, Spitty. We suspect, however, that it is because what comes inside of it. Now that it's empty, it's purrfect for avoiding any guests, right?
An Intruder ? Without permission ? No box is good enough to make up for that but several may compensate, moderately.
A new and unexpectedly excellent box is always suspicious.
Dang, that's a dilemma fur sure Spitty!
Poor Spitty, at least you will be safe from intruders.
