So this was a quiet day of both the Human and I
lollygagging about, avoiding work, avoiding other Humans,
avoiding any pretense of productivity.
Of course, this is what every day is like for me.
Do you know what the Human did today?
She wrote about a dozen Christmas cards
to family members who she feared might think
she was dead (no) or mentally incapacitated (perhaps)
if she went yet another year without responding
to their holiday greetings.

Oh! Cards just in time for Ukrainian Christmas!!! IF my Mommy could has found the ones she addressed before wes moved...she could has sent them today. But we still has not located them...mes thinks they will be sent NEXT year (tee! hee!!) My Mommy goes back to work tomorrow...me afraid she will once again be remiss in helping mes comment on my furrends blog posts.

Hmmm with the Christmas cards. Couldn't she have exercised her imagination a little and created Happy January 3 cards or some such? I know, I know - she could have used one of her pics of your magnificent self and had greetings cards especially printed. Who knows? They'd probably become priceless collector's items fairly quickly.

So the human has a Russian Christmas? That is novel. We had realised that Mr Putin was influencing some aspects of the US of A but we are surprised by this one!
You look very relaxed. I thought you were in a litter box at first then I could see it was a scratcher. Eric often used to sleep in a (clean) litter box.

Nice combo of "head tuck" and "leg dangle" Spitty....that's a tough one but you've got it! Accomplishing it inside a scratcher is worth extra points too. Add to all of that the fact you're located in front of a radiator for warmth and I say you are a TOTAL 10+ !!

We always think it is fun getting cards after the fact. All of our mom's family (5 whole people) totally ignored her this year. We think they wish she was dead! No details here.
