We've been on an (involuntary on my part) extended break, to the point where some of our friends think we've dropped off the edge of the continent into the cold Pacific and been stranded on a desert island somewhere. I wish! At least that would be exciting.
But here I am. Hoping against hope that she'll get her ample butt in gear. Meanwhile, I doze placidly atop my little tower and brood over the injustices of the world.

Spitty, tell your human that I get inspiration from visiting the library...of all things! I go there to use the wifi, and I send up working on the blog. Not that I cannot do so when at home, but being elsewhere seems to work for me. At home, I just want to be WITH the cats, instead of typing...
Well we would NEVER forget you no matter how much your Human ignores her duty to give you post time on your OWN blog! Honestly - when she retired I know we ALL thought we'd be getting to hear from you more often - regaling us with tales of new toys, brushies, exciting adventures, etc. and yet - our inboxes are empty of notes that our KING SPITOLA has posted. This must be addressed post haste. So there.

A desert island wouldn't be all that great Spittikins. Can you gnaw into a coconut? And what would ya get iffen ya could? Palm juice! And no cat food cans. And besides, *I* wouldn't be there.

Spitty, it is really hard to be a cat and always having to depend on humans. But, we figure that is better than being on the streets. It's just too bad that we don't usually get to select our human.
