Hug Street News
Somewhere around the Fourth of July, an imaginative soul 'defaced' a nearby street sign in quite an endearing way:
Perhaps inspired by the redesign, I allowed some paw-in-hand-holding, a treat for the Human (claws in!) and no big deal for me, as I was 98% blissed out in the sun:
How generous to allow the human to safely hold your paw. The street sign looks like a definite improvement, except we are not allowed to hug anyone now.
Dearie dearie dearie Spitty. You've got a mountain of work to do to re-establish your reputation as a mean, lean fighting machine now that you've allowed that pic to be published on your blog. I expect to see lots of bloodwork in future posts to make up for it, you know.
Spitty, I'd say that whomever 'defaced' that sign should get a standing o! Also, will you teach Sweetie how to hold paws; she's not yet certain that a human handling her legs is an okay thing...thanks, dude!
I don't mind it when my Mom holds my paw (or footie) when I'm semi-zonked out either Spitty. It's the least I can do to allow her some CLOSENESS with me. I'm sure you feel the same way.
we looked thiz street up ta see if it bee close two de haight.....sorta kinda iz...sorta kinda iz knot, then google showed uz sum homes....sorta kinda... that used ta bee for salez on 3rd....
