It's Boxing Day!

That bowl *did* benefit me after all! She can have the stoopy thing--this box is mine. And to think I used to believe a box would Eat Me!  Uh, it won't, right?

                         Spitty Two-Tone

This sunlight sliced me right in half, Kitties. Didn't hurt a bit!
But maybe I look more dramatic in B&W?

Yes, I Do, I Do Float

So I kind of wanted to hit the Boardwalk (and, mirabile dictu! that sand!), but there were too many Humans and you all know how that turns out for the Kitty. Plus, Bast knows I did not want to go on any stoopy rides

Stoopy Human Purchases

So the Human and a friend went to Santa Cruz for lunch on the wharf today. Then they went to a pottery studio/shop, where the Human spent a practically half a week's salary on a bowl. Yes, that's right, Kitties, you heard me right: a BOWL

Is it a bowl for my kitty foodz? Is it a bowl for Human soup?
Is it even a bowl for use by any living creature of any kind?
No! It is not! It is a bowl for (now get this!) Looking At.
No wonder they went to a bar in Half Moon Bay and drank for an hour.
They should have just poured the vodka in that bowl.

Tasty Tuesday: Mmmmmmmmm, Corns
                            Mmmmmmmmm, Butters

I never used to eat the Human Foods. I felt they were beneath me. But lately? Well, lately, I dunno. Sometimes I just can't help myself. Like this delicious corn. And the buttery goodness that dripped from it.

See for yourself, though the Human was too slow on the draw to get the really good parts. Still, it's 0:11 of delicate and satisfying action.

                                 This Is My Life Now

Well, first off, I guess you can see I haven't exactly been starving, though I maintain it is simply an unflattering camera angle.

But my real issue today is that like most senior citizens, I have acquired a little medication corner of my very own (the Human has had hers longer,
ha ha meow!).

As you can see below, there is nothing I actually have to ingest, and frankly there is nuffing that causes me any real discomfort. It is more the abstract idea that I have need of these accoutrements, at least for the nonce. Isn't that a nice word, nonce?
Perhaps useful for Scrabble
