I was very disappointed that the Sue Nommy was not a new taste sensation. I mean, why call something like this Nommy when it's clearly nothing to eat at all?
A friend of the Human's* took this shot today from an office building in Emeryville. The Human thinks it is quite interesting but purrsonally I think it's pretty much of a yawner.
I am purring for all those people in Japan who really do need it, and also for the Admiral who had a tough day. Eat up, dearest!
*Someone who works in the office of the Human's friend, as it turns out. The Human says she didn't mean to lie, she misunderstood, and now she feels all silly.

Toy Story
So, my prize from Moderncat arrived the other day, and I have finally allowed myself to be photographed having an intimate moment playful time with it.
It is super-cute. The Human loves the polka dots and the little pastel blue ruffle. Me, I love the claw-able fabric and the intoxicating smell (as you can see in these mortifying photographs).
Big thanks to Oskar whose contest netted me this very entertaining addition to my toy repertoire. You rock, Oskar -- even if you are a woofie!

Different Day, Different Table
As you can see, Kitties, I'm UTT again, juuuuuuussst barely keeping my distance.
My new toy arrived courtesy of Moderncat today, and I really, really, really like it. I did not cooperate with pictures today, however, so the proof will have to wait for another time.
In other news, the Human is suddenly all "busy" for the next day or two, so we might not be visiting till, like, THURSDAY, if you can even believe that. There goes her tip!

Hiding in the Trees
Hi Kitties! I feel I've been a bit too available to the Human lately and she has started to take certain liberties, like picking me up when I haven't given permission and parking herself far too close to me for comfort (my comfort, that is).
So I felt like it was time to spend an evening UTT (as opposed to UTB, where it is very dark) to retrain her. She's taking it pretty well, actually, except for the flashy box in my face.
She just sighed and said, "All right, Spitty, you go ahead and stay under there, then, if it makes you feel more secure."
But I notice she is lurking and that makes me doubt her soothing reassurances.

Easy Like Sunday
Well, hello Kitties! Hope you are all enjoying this fine lazy Sunday morning, with emphasis on the Lazy.
As you can see, the Human got up close and personal today, and (my bad) I let her.
Still, I think I look pretty handsome. You can see a couple little chest furs that appear white in the photo. Let me hasten to assure you, it was only the lighting. My manly chest is all black!
I also like how my eyes are all big and round and glowing with my Inner Fires! The Human says I look like I need an exorcist, but what does she know?

Aggie & Wally: Long time, No See
Obviously, Miss Aggie has forgotten those long-ago halcyon days when she used to love like tolerate The Human, who was shown the Back of Disrespect this afternoon.
Eventually, Princess Aggie deigned to turn around, but please note the gaze has shifted away from the unpleasant intruder into her happy home. I heartily endorse her refusal to be petted by a Strange Person. The Human said she has been sadly spoiled by her indulgent Dad.
Happily for The Human, there was Sweet Wally, ready to cuddle and purr on demand. He's just so....easy, don't you think? He barely qualifies as feline. Still, The Human is smitten by this almost-grown kitten, so what can you do?
