The Human has not been behaving as a proper servant should for the past several days. School started on the 18th. She went back to work, while failing miserably to accommodate my need to blog and visit my friends. She says things will get better, but I've heard that tune before.
Nip Update:
The nip now resides in this little greenhouse at school:
It appears to be doing reasonably well, though progress is slow...which leads me to this:
The Human visited PetSmart today and decided my happiness should not depend on her pathetic gardening skills. I think it's kind of a bribe, to tell you the truth. Yeah, okay--that works for me.

Oh, Spitty, we've missed seeing your super handsome face since Monday=yes, we are counting the days :)...Enjoy the weekend with your nip and dream of us, sweetie; sending you lots and lots of kisses...Calle, Halle, Sukki
My roommates and I have found the store-bought catnip plants to not be as potent as a good homegrown plant. So that is definitely just a holdover until the real stuff comes home.
Spitty,
That is a bribe we'd be happy to accept...but we agree with Sparkle...homegrown is Da Kine, Bro. At least that what Daddy says! ;-)
We missed you Spitty! We hope you aren't gonna be reduced to acting all cute and stuff to get your servant to type for you. Although The Baby REALLY likes your "Cheesecake" photos. Speaking of whom, she has an Outdoor Expose coming up next week...
Hey, any trip to PetMart for goodies is good!
We thinks it was a bribe too.
Well, Spitty, the store bought nip might not be as good as home grown, but as they say "any port in a storm!" Enjoy that nip!!
Bribes are okay with us!! That 'nip looks tasty!

Yeah, bribes are real good for us, too. In fact, we demand them regularly!
Even though I agree that the store-bought stuff isn't as good, take the bribe anyway.
Oh wow, Spitty, that nip sure looks good to us. Have you tried it yet. This will hold you over until the other gets going. So eventually you will have all the nip you need. Hope you get that servant back to typing for you. Have a great day.
