The Human has very few decorative cat items (well, excepting me, of course), but this strangely compelling little tribe of kittehs has survived many a purge. I'm a little worried they might start plotting against me one day, so I have to keep my eye on them.
NIP UPDATE:
Can you see? Can you see? Well, can you? This morning the Human counted SIX (6!!!) little sprouts.
However, I am still 98% certain she will manage to kill them before they mature into anything really edible, so I'm trying not to get my hopes up just yet.

Spitty, those cats ARE suspicious. They look like they are plotting against you! Perhaps they need to be launched.
MomKat says your Mom is on her own with the nip...so we recommend light watering and gentle sun until the next set of leaves appear. And for Cod's sake, don't eat the seedlings. Patience, Grasshopper.

And we hope you're wrong about your human killing the nip...we hope you have a bumper crop there!
Maybe the kitties are casting a spell to help the nip to grow?

I agree...those kittens are plotting something. Maybe they will get your nip before YOU do.
Our Momma has lots of these strange kitty shapes around..they don't move or smell like anything so we leave them alone.
We hope the catnip grows into lots and lots of good nips for you Spitty.
