(Almost) Wordless Wednesday

There is a time for many words, and there is also a time for sleep.

We prefer sleeping! Love how you're all stretched out and hanging over like that, Spitty.

Damn, Spittolicious, that's deep. The only Homer we ever quote around here is Homer Simpson.

Sleep that knits up the ravelled sleave of care
The death of each day's life, sore labour's bath
Balm of hurt minds, great nature's second course,
Chief nourisher in life's feast.

Truer words never said, Spitty! You look very content in your cozy cat tree (is that what you'd call it?)

Wow, Spitty-the-Kitty, you are a well read kitty boy! You are looking very plush today, too! Our mom hasn't been letting us visit or blog much lately, but your last message to us got to her. It's so very sweet of you and your human to check up on us! We've been very good to our mom (well, I, Zoe, have had my moments, but I'll let my mom share those in another blog post). We're all doing fine - our mom just has stuff to catch up on. Can you believe her work and the shelter take priority over our blog??

Love, Fuzzy and Zoe

Sleeping is VERY important. Possibly the most important thing you can do.
