Even though she entered all those Furminator-giveaways, we did not win the prize. So finally Sunday at PetSmart the Human cracked open her wallet, and after the moths cleared, I had me a genu-wine, Honest-to-Cod Furminator of my very own. We have had a couple of sessions, and the Human and I were positively stunned at the quantity of my precious furs that came away in the metal teeth of this thing. To tell you the troof, I am not entirely sure how I feel about it. I sort of purred while it was happening, but I didn't have too much tolerance. It's not quite like the Brushies, is it? More an acquired taste, I think.The jury's still out.

I like the FURminator AND brushing! It's a deep dark secret, Spitty, but if your human had hunted around online, I bet she could have gotten it cheaper - my human's boyfriend did when he got one for the dog.
You'll love that it removes all those shedding fur and you won't have to feel so HOT anymore. Really.
And your Human will like that you won't be ingesting all those shedding fur and yakking into her favourite shoes. :p

Yep, it takes a little while but not having those furs in the tummy is a wonderful thing!

Spitty, *Most* of us really like the furminator! And our Mommy is always amazed at the amount of furs she gets off of us. Another tool that Mommy swears by for long haired kitties is the blue hair-teasing combs in the drugstore; the one that has the metal pick teeth on the end that point the other way. Sheesh. Maybe we can post about it tomorrow. It's too hard to describe.

I LOVE my FURminator! I tried winning one for either you or Katie Isabella but didn't win either. I've even known to PURR while being FURminated. Collect the fur so you can send me a part of you for Christmas. oxox

My two brothers LOVE the brush or the furminator. My sister Boo she loves being brushed. Gracie don't even try she'll run like the wind. Me, I am not the brush kinda girl. Mom tried but got NO fur, my coat is very different and I am pretty good at not shedding. But Jinx and Ping whoa they are major shedders.
I bet you will find you do prefer one or the other though.

Spitty, we're not totally enamored with the Furminator either. But it never ceases to amaze us at the amount of fur that comes off of us. It's a wonder we're not all bald!!
Only Emma likes being brushed, so we don't know if we'd bug mama about getting us one of those.

Julie and Carl hate the furminator and Oui Oui and Mica Moo love it. Of course, its Julie & Carl who really need it. The language and threats they use while being furminated are truly atrocious. And scary.
