TGIF?
Grumble.
Grumble.

It's hot. It's muggy. There are wildfires in surrounding counties making the air miserable and smoky. I am still having furball tummy troubles. I would like to take a nice long nap and forget all my woes. What'dya think? Sound good?
The Human's feeling kind of cranky.  I think she needs a nap, too.

So we're quite the pair today.

You should NOT have eaten that white furball.
I do HOPE you and your human are feeling better soon.

Yes, indeed. Nothing better than a nap to help you chase the crankies away. We hope you and your human have a much better weekend, Spitty!

The human is cranky. Does she have a hairball, too? We hope the nap makes everything better.

Yeah, mum needs a long overnight nap too.

If my human even suspects I may have a hairball, she shoves that icky goo down my throat! I hope you do not have to go through that, Spitty.

We are bone dry here and my human can't drink enough water to stay hydrated. Even us kitties are drinking more. And we are ALL keeping our paws crossed that no fires happen near us.

Yeah, take a nap with your human but don't get too close. If you feel better when you wake up, you can teleport over. I think she's put her video camera away after today.

You both need to find a good place to nap, quick

Yuck. A nap on the cool floor should help with the upset tummy. A little TLC with the Human is best.

Spitster, we didn't know you weren't feeling well. Precious is sending lots of feel better purrs and whisker kisses immediately. xoxo

Tell me about it! I've had a grumpy peep on my paws all day. All because I asked her a simple question about spellin' a word on my blog. Needless to say, she couldn't find the answer.

That doesn't sound very good. Why don't you come on over here and we could play. Mommy says running around helps move the hairball through the system. Wanna give that a shot (but Mommy says we have to stay away from her room)?

Ivan from WMD said...

Well, at least your Human isn't the one with hairballs, Spitty. I mean, can you imagine the mess that yak would make??

(You could take a tip from Russell, who went off from the highest tier of the tower last night. It was spectacular!!!)

We find napping through unpleasantness (especially if that unpleasantness is a cranky mom) can be just what the V-E-T would order. Sorry about the tummy troubles. That is no fun, and we'll be purraying that you feel better super fast. Purrs and hugs, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
