Please forgive our tardiness for replying to the news that we were accepted as viceroys! Our Human was out of town and we couldn't surf the interwebs to see the latest developments. We are very happy to be able to be viceroys for you and it was considerate for you to consider water access for my duck! A badge would be most excellent!
