I'm sorry circumstances were such that you had to give you mom the cold shoulder of dissatisfaction. She should improve herself so you need only give purrs of contentment.
Usually I think you are much too hard on your servant but perhaps this time she is a wee bit deserving of the cold shoulder. MOL. Maybe it will inspire her to try harder??
