Hmmm - to be fair to your human, I think the onus is on you to provide detailed guidelines on when visitors are to come, how long they're to stay, and what they're to do while they're at your place. The current arrangements are clearly not working to meet all your needs. Give it some thought, then sit her down and explain it, using small words and speaking slowly and clearly. Perhaps encourage her to take notes if you think that will help.
