Thank goodness mum does not keep the moving picture box on during the day. Plus I think she watches less moving picture box period.

Hmmm - Spitty, I think there are some occasions that necessitate fretting. If you became aware that your supply of foods was getting very low, for example, and the Human seemed not to be taking the necessary steps to replenish stock, that would warrant a good fret. If your Internet connection was down for a week and you weren't able to keep us all updated with what was happening, that would be cause for all of us to fret. There are probably others. So, I agree that many of us fret about too much stuff, but that's not to say that from time to time, major life crises don't arise. Certainly Human news bulletins are something that you should fret about - so strike that of the list.
