Dereliction of Duty x 2

Well, Kitties, because the Human was neglectful in the extreme about her schoolwork (i.e., correcting the final exams her very diligent students took the week before the long and lovely Christmas break), she now informs me that it is *I* who must pay the price. We are taking a week's hiatus so the Human can catch up on her duties and not be a disgrace to her profession. Me, I say just give them all an A and be done with it, but she says that would not be "ethical," whatever that means. ::sigh::

How about giving them all a B :)

C'mon now, Spitty. She's going to deprive you of the opportunity to blog for a whole week? Let's start plotting a suitable punishment, shall we? I think it's likely that blood will be involved.

How about asking them all to redo the test?

Why not give them all an A? Totally makes sense to me! Binga says they should get an A+ because of your human's gaffe... but maybe that part isn't quite as ethical.

She's wanting to do it right for her students, Spitty. Clearly her priorities are wrong. We suggest a quick look at the handwriting and on that basis awarding marks. Easy. Has she learned nothing after all these years in the job ?

Ethics go out the window when you have a demanding cat, Spitty!

That's just wrong, Spitty. Why should YOU have to suffer?

How about all E's for ethics? No? Too confusing? Too close to being F's? Okay, well, we hope you get a big, fat A after this - A for Attention. Absolute Attention!

Tell her that my mom's son, also a teacher was swamped with papers and exams as well...projects too. This timeI wasn't invited, nor was she, to a grading pawty when he arrived for Christmas.
