Sunday Selfie: We Has Da Hots

When the temp gets into the 70s in early February, I gets into a pouty rage.

How dare the HOTS come before we've even reached mid-winter?

I do not like my foods or my toys or even playtimes much when the weather turns like this. Instead, I mope, and droop, and go limp.

I like to blame the Human.

70s the HOTS? My human is still wearing 3/4 sleeves - and it's warmer down here than where you are!

'Blame the Human' is a pretty good approach no matter what ails you Spitty. And I agree that a pouty rage is a perfectly appropriate response to summer temperatures in winter. Me? I like a good cold winter and I feel quite ripped off if I don't get one, so I can relate to what you're going through. Pout on! (Stomping your paw and biting someone are also good things to do.)

Blimey! I think we have minus here and wind chill factor too. &0 would be consider a great British summer mol. Though when the fires are going the Palace once made 96! Not even the spiders moved when that happened.

The 70s sound good to me right now. We have 30s and a little ice this morning. I hope the temps turn more comfortable for you soon!

Ugh! Those temperatures are too soon, indeed! That's gardening weather up here and that means our Mom will be outside all day long instead of spending it with us. That will be her fault, too!

Spitty, we will happily trade you for those 70 degree temperatures. Yesterday we had snow and ice. The trees were gorgeous, but that's all we can say about it. We do hope things improve for you. Misty May knows you haven't been at Scouts for a really long time. You should check it out, though. The site is all new and really, really nice. Anyhoo, they are having a Valentine's party/dance again this year, and she was wondering if you might like to take her. She understands if you have other plans with another of your lady friends, but she thought it couldn't hurt to ask. We appreciate your hopping with us. Stay cool! Well...we blame *a* human, but not yours. We've been running 10-15° warmer than normal non-stop now. You need to join us in the mantra it's only a hoax.

Spitty, teleport here. We’ve got the colds.

I would love 70 degrees outside here. That would mean open windows. With the heaty monster in the dungeon it usually is 70 inside in the winter.

SEVENTY??? Good grief Spitty - it was FOUR Degrees here.....I DREAM of 70s and you're limp over them. I guess "never the twain shall meet" huh?

Hugs, Teddy

Gosh Spitty! Here it is Tuesday and I just got your Sunday post! I am thinking Canada Post must have taken over the delivery! We have had a terrible time with them recently. And 70! That is wonderful! We are expecting below freezing weather here for the weekend, but at least we shall have sunshine in Vancouver.
