Apparently, she didn't miss me at all, cause right away she found a new fren. Just like I mean nuffing to her.
She and her friend (a Human one, not that Human-seducing skwerl) walked for a couple of hours, and when they came upon these, the Human thought she'd be oh-so-clever with the quotations, just like Katharine Hepburn, if Katharine Hepburn were a pretty chubby bad actress.
So what's the Thankful part? She didn't bring her new fren home.

Geez Spitty: your situation is so dire that you really struggle to find something to be thankful for, don't you? Perhaps you could add: "The Human giving you some peace and quiet"?

Spitty, if it makes you feel any better, the cat before Sparkle would catch several of those squirrel things every summer... and eat them! She was a fierce hunter!
Poor Spitty, another day and another betrayal.
Not bring you a pal home is a good thing!
Poor Spitty. She is supposed to be home catering to your every whim now that she is retired not walking around looking at flowers. XO
Spitty those pawrents can be the worst sometimes. It is good that tree climber was not invited back to visit

You poor mistreated boy.....this is an outrage....she plays "nice" with an evil squirrel and stays away for hours on end and you are lonely and alone at home. It's an outrage (and pretty danged sad too!).
Hugs, Teddy
Waydaminit, Spitty. She was outta your fur for a day. That’s something to be thankful for. Otherwise she might be in your face all the time like our mom is.
Good she left the squirrel behind. And we don't care what those things are called, they look like something alien. You should probably check for pods, Spitty.
It IS an outrage! Do you wish my attorney at law services? For you, it's free.
Mum the gardener doesn't thing those are actually calla lilies but something else she can't amember the name of right now.
Mum has researched the flower. She thinks it is a peace lily, but most people think of it as a type of calla lily.
Those are Anthurium. Be glad she didn't bring any of those home, Spitty. They're poisonous!
